The four courses of our El Negocio Party Menu offer some impressive selections from our “Award-Winning Chef E.” Steak, Seafood, and Spanish options are all available. And of course we can create custom options.
El Negocio Menu
APPETIZERS: – Family Style – Shared Platters
– Fried Calamari – lightly breaded squid served with Chef E’s special sauce
– Shrimp Garlic – “Our Most Popular Appetizer” – fresh shrimp sauteed in Chef E’s famous garlic sauce
– Patatas Bravas – a spicy potato specialty from Galacia Spain
– Spanish Sausage – traditional chorizo from Spain
SECOND COURSE: – Salad – Individual Serving
– Mixed Greens – with red cabbage, white onions, carrots and arugula with choice of Chef E’s homemade dressing or balsamic vinaigrette
THIRD COURSE: – Dinner Entree – Individual Choice
– Mallorca Chicken – stuffed with spinach and cheese topped with red paprika sauce
– 16 ounce T-Bone Steak – served with Port Wine sauce
– Stuffed Salmon – with mascarpone cheese, crab meat, and topped with lemon caper sauce.

– Stuffed Tilapia – with mascarpone cheese and crab meat.
* All served with our signature saffron rice, vegetables, and homemade Spanish chips.
