Flaming sausage, roasted lamb, and select cuts of T-Bone steak and Filet Mignon highlight this party menu all guests are sure to enjoy. Topped with our classic desserts and generous beverage packages, and your party will be ready to take fire.
What guests enjoy most about our El Fuego Party Menu is the wide selection of featured items. Six appetizers, delicious desserts, and entree choices from lamb, chicken, steak and salmon. Plenty to please the palette!

APPETIZERS: – Served Family Style – Shared Platters
– Spanish Sausage – traditional chorizo from Spain
– Mussels in salsa El Diavlo
– Flaming Portuguese Sausage
– Shrimp in Garlic Sauce
– Calamari – fresh squid lightly breaded with Chef’s special sauce
SECOND COURSE: – Salad – Individual Serving
– Mixed Greens – with red cabbage, white onions, carrots and arugula with choice of Chef E’s homemade dressing or balsamic vinaigrette
THIRD COURSE: – Dinner Entree – Individual Choice
– Lamb Shank – our chef’s special roasted for three hours with lima beans and bacon
– Traditional Paella – with chicken, sausage, clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops, and langostinos all over Spanish saffron rice
– Our Famous Garlic Chicken
– 16 ounce T-Bone Steak – cooked to order
– 10 ounce Filet Mignon – cooked to order
– Stuffed Salmon
* All served with our signature saffron rice, vegetables, and homemade Spanish chips.

Nearly 80% of our special event diners select a beverage package with beer, wine, and our Authentic Spanish Sangria. Our package is very affordable and helps manage costs up front. We can also include some of our select signature drinks including our “Flaming Spanish Coffee”.
